There is always someone behind the scenes supporting the team & monitoring the intricacies of the business. Ritika is responsible for keeping SPACE RACE on track. She handles accounting & human resource tasks. She leads the SPACE RACE team as they bring projects from design to completion. She sets the firm’s standards for code research, documentation & specification preparation.

At her very first day in office, she found new ways to apply her background in design management. As the design manager of the firm, one of her key roles is to actively review projects during design & construction. She is innovative & artistic; she creatively manages & embraces the challenges of each design & thus providing quality solutions to meet the client’s vision. Ritika is involved in almost all aspects of the firm, most important is seeing that the office is running smoothly & efficiently.
